We want you (and your pet!) to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, simply email us at info@soulwhiskers.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
